4.) What is the logical source of fire spread?

5.) What is your plan of attack with what size line and crew?

This week the Tactical Fire Problem goes back to a hospital Operating room. What does a serious incident in these special occupancies mean to you?

1.) How would you respond to this upon arrival as the first due company at the hospital?

2.) What other critical systems could have been affected by this incident?

3.) What are your contingency plans on where you can move additional patients? Do you have enough “areas of refuge” or enough space?

4.) What other systems could affect fire spread?

5.) Are you familiar with all critical shut off valves in these facilities?
